Yogeesh Chandra

Yogeesh Chandra is the current Chief of Staff & Head of M&A at RateGain. Prior to this, they served as Revenue Manager - Functional Head at The Leela Palaces & Resorts from April 2010 to September 2010. In this role, they were responsible for heading the Revenue Management department as part of the pre-opening management team at the Leela Palace Kempinski New Delhi.

From June 2008 to April 2010, Yogeesh served as Revenue Manager - The Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi and Taj Chandigarh at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. In this role, they were responsible for forecasting budgeting for next three years based on market segment, setting up the property on various RFP solicitation platforms, launching preferred placement programs on all Three GDSs, training the sales force on market intelligence report usage, hiring the entire reservations department and training them on soft and hard skills pertaining to the department.

Yogeesh has a proven track record in successfully establishing contracts with ADS suppliers, formulating the electronic media plan, setting up the hotel on PMS,and different CRS platforms. Yogeesh also has experience in steering the soft launch of the hotel.

Yogeesh Chandra completed a PG in Hospitality Management from the Pacific International Hotel Management School. Yogeesh then completed a Hotel Management degree from IHM - Chennai. Yogeesh Chandra also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University Of Delhi. Finally, they have a certification from the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in Foundations of Marketing - Decision Making Approach.

Yogeesh Chandra reports to Harmeet Singh, Chief Executive Officer. Yogeesh Chandra works with Tanmaya Das - Chief Financial Officer, Sahil Sharma - Vice President- Global Human Capital, and Aqeel Ahmed - Chief Operating Officer.
