Damien Roylance has a diverse work experience in the finance and property industry. Damien is currently the Director at Entourage Group, where they provide expert advice and support to clients in Melbourne. Prior to that, Damien was a Co-Founder of ratemyagent.com.au, a real estate agent ratings and statistics website. Damien also worked as a Finance Broker and Partner at iProperty Plan, specializing in property market commentary, investment planning, and mortgage broking. Damien started their career as an Assistant Client Manager at S C Davies & Co and later became a Mortgage Advisor at Property Planning Australia.

Damien Roylance completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a major in Marketing from Deakin University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification in LinkedIn for Business (Fundamentals) from Bibby Consulting Group - Digital Marketing, LinkedIn Training & Lead Generation in 2018.
