Ronnie E. Méndez

Ronnie E. Méndez currently serves as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Ratepay, beginning in February 2025. Previously, Ronnie held the position of Lead Product Integration Engineer at Rappi from August 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included assisting businesses with product sales in one of the largest marketplaces in LATAM and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer growth. Prior roles at Rappi also included Technical Account Manager, providing technical solutions for e-commerce integrations. Ronnie's earlier experience includes a role as Product Analyst at Santander Brasil, focused on digital account growth strategies, and an internship at Banco Santander. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Digital Product Leadership from Tera, a degree in App Software Development from Universidad de Caldas, a business management postgraduate degree from FIA, and a bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad del Tolima. Additionally, academic exchange studies in Foreign Trade Management were completed at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
