Adhi Wirawan

Adhi Wirawan is a data analyst who specializes in Zendesk reporting. Adhi has worked for Bukalapak, a Indonesian e-commerce company, since August 2018. In their role as a Zendesk Data Reporting Analyst, they were responsible for creating reports on all activities BukaBantuan from Zendesk. Adhi also created reports for stakeholders and related departments of Bukalapak from Zendesk reporting. Adhi has also created new metrics to get valid data from MAQL. Prior to their role as a Zendesk Data Reporting Analyst, they served as a Business Process Improvement specialist at Bukalapak where they were responsible for fixing the productivity of teams from the data from SQL. Adhi has also worked as a Zendesk Specialist at Bukalapak where they were responsible for creating rooting case complain (ticket) and also social media (sociomail), chat (zopim), and bugsbuster.

Adhi Wirawan completed a Bachelor of Education at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi and then went on to study at SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bogor.
