John Fleming

John Fleming has a comprehensive work experience spanning from 2000 to the present. John started their career at Morneau Sobeco as a Programmer Analyst from 2000 to 2002. John then worked at Maritime Life as a Senior Systems Analyst from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they joined Mercer as a Senior Associate (Technical Lead) from 2004 to 2009. John then joined Solutia as a Dynamics GP Developer from 2009 to 2011. After that, they worked at Ingenico as a Senior Developer from 2010 to 2012 and as a Responsable qualité from 2012 to 2013. John then became the Application Administration Manager at Ingenico from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are working at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd. as the Scrum Master from 2016 until the present, and subsequently became the Head of Technology Operations in December 2018.

John Fleming obtained an Honours Computer Programming Diploma from Westervelt College in 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Western University from 1993 to 1995. Additionally, John holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
