James Pope

James Pope has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. James'smost recent role was as a Loan Operations Associate at RateSetter, where they facilitated the drawdown of new loans and handled queries from commercial finance customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Borrowing and Investment Adviser at RateSetter, providing guidance to high net worth investors and training new employees on the platform. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Premium Customer Service Adviser at RBS, where they provided excellent customer service and supported team improvement. James began their career in 2008 as a Casual Assistant at Sports Direct, where they handled customer concerns, managed inventory, and fulfilled tasks assigned by managers and supervisors.
