Linda A.

Linda A. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Linda is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Metro Bank (UK) since May 2021. Previously, they worked at RateSetter as a Software Engineer, where they singlehandedly created a client-facing financial web application based on the React framework. Linda also completed a greenfield project for investment advisory using React and Redux.

Before that, Linda worked as a Developer for IG, a spread-betting company, where they gained deep understanding of the financial derivatives domain. Linda was responsible for front-end development of client-facing trading platforms in a cross-functional agile team. Prior to their role at IG, Linda worked as a Developer for UCL Department of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Public Policy (STEaPP) from September 2012 to August 2013, and as a Web Content Manager for UCL Slade School of Fine Art from November 2011 to July 2012.

Linda A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Photography from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague in the years 2002 to 2005. Linda then pursued their Master's degree in Fine-Art Media from UCL, from 2009 to 2011.
