Katja Schipfer - Dohr

Katja Schipfer - Dohr is currently working as an R&D Manager at Rath Group, where Katja plans, coordinates, and implements development projects, as well as oversees the development of products and the approval of new raw materials. Prior to this, Katja held positions at Baumit Beteiligungen GmbH, focusing on the research and development of dry mix mortars. Katja has a Master's degree in Building Materials & Ceramics from Montanuniversität Leoben.
