Archie Pearson is an experienced ESG & Stewardship Analyst currently serving as the Voting Lead at Rathbones Group Plc since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing proxy voting and corporate engagement in alignment with the firm's responsible investment policy and UN PRI membership. Prior to this role, Archie worked as Client Executive for the UK & Ireland at Oikocredit from September 2015 to August 2018, successfully leading marketing, capital raising, and investor relations, contributing to a 15% annual growth in the local capital and investor base. Archie holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from The University of Edinburgh and has a strong educational background from Prior Park College in Bath and All Hallows School in Somerset.
