Darin Cannon has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Darin is currently working as the Zebco Brands Marketing Director at Rather Outdoors since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Director Product and Marketing at OFM, LLC from October 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they provided strategic business planning within the product development, marketing, and brand teams for the OFM family of Home Office and Gaming furniture brands. Darin successfully positioned the RESPAWN brand as a top 3 brand in the gaming furniture category by 2023 and maximized marketing investments for a $140M business.
Before joining OFM, LLC, Darin worked at NBG Home as the Director of eCommerce from April 2018 to October 2020. Here, they oversaw all aspects of e-commerce and omni-channel strategies for 20+ ecommerce accounts, leading to a significant increase in sales. Darin also built and maintained strong partnerships with key retailers such as Wayfair to drive sales growth.
Prior to that, Darin worked at DC International, where they held two positions: Director of Digital Marketing from March 2016 to April 2018 and Sr. Product Manager from November 2012 to March 2016. In these roles, they developed and executed marketing objectives, lead business transformation projects, and drove product roadmap and strategy.
Darin also gained valuable experience at Dr Pepper Snapple Group as a Sr. Strategic Planning Analyst from May 2006 to November 2012, where they managed a 50-brand product portfolio. Darin started their career at PepsiCo as a Sr. Systems Analyst and later worked as a Finance Data Analyst at Frito-Lay North America.

Our story — like just about all of our favorite stories — starts on the water. Most of us grew up as anglers, raised by anglers. From the very beginning we knew the names. When we were finally tall enough to use the rods our parents “lent” us, they said Lew’s on the side. The tackle came in bright yellow boxes with the old Strike King logo that looked a little bit like a keyhole. When other kids put posters of Camaros and space shuttles on their walls, we had boats, rods, reels, and fish. At first, we connected with brands and with experiences. When we got a little older and started buying our own equipment, we found a home in the industry itself. From the shop that sold us our first rod to the pros that showed us how it’s done, the fishing business is never “just business.” It’s a community, a culture, and a family. We’ve been blessed with the opportunity to dedicate our careers to protecting and nurturing the legendary brands we grew up with. We believe that everyone should be able to experience nature the way we do — with the right equipment, made with passion and sold with truth. Our mission is to protect and respect the world’s greatest outdoor brands. And it’s our privilege to pass them on to future generations stronger than when we found them. With a decades-long legacy in angling as our cornerstone, we will carve out an enduring future for the legendary brands in our family. And in so doing, we'll create a legend of our own that can stand alongside them.
