John Conti

John Conti has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. John is currently working at Rather Outdoors as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Software Engineer at Rather Outdoors from April 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Rather Outdoors, John worked as a Managing Director at Conti Technical Consulting Services, Inc. starting from December 2018.

John also has experience as a Software Engineer at AutoProcessor from September 2019 to April 2020, and as a Microsoft Full Stack Developer Tech On Call Support at Echo Health from December 2018 to January 2020.

John has also held the role of Tech Team Lead at FanCrater, LLC from February 2018 to December 2018. In this role, they developed a SaaS based business to business platform using Agile development methodology, took ownership of the initial mobile app MVP (IOS and Android), and expanded to full stack including back-end API on BFF architecture.

John started their career as a Software Quality Assurance at Nexsys Technologies from May 2017 to August 2017, where they contributed to automated and manual testing tasks and was involved in the development of a selenium framework.

John Conti also worked as a Software Development Intern at Gladson from May 2016 to August 2016. In this role, they participated in agile projects, completed quality assurance audits, and worked on business analysis projects.

Prior to their software engineering roles, John worked as a General Labor & Team Lead at Total Lawn and Home Care from May 2012 to May 2016.

John Conti attended Henry Ford College from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a General Education degree. John then went on to Eastern Michigan University from 2015 to 2018, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
