Richard Holtz

Richard Holtz is an experienced technology and ERP leader with a strong background in overseeing and implementing enterprise resource planning systems. Currently serving as the Director of ERP North America at Rather Outdoors since May 2020, Richard works closely with key business leaders to develop technology roadmaps and manage critical initiatives for ERP business units, also leading the RFP process for a new ERP application. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of IT Director at Hunter's Specialties, Inc. for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included leading the transition from a legacy system to NetSuite’s cloud-based ERP and managing the implementation of warehouse management systems with RF technology. Richard's educational background includes studies at Kirkwood Community College.
