Rocky Kalsow

Rocky Kalsow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rocky started their career at Paragon International, Inc. in 2002 as a Lean Manufacturing Specialist. Rocky then joined Pure Fishing in 2005 and held various positions including Lean Leader, Director of Business Process Improvement, Sr. Director of South China Fishing Operations, and Sr. Director of Spirit Lake Manufacturing. In 2014, Rocky moved to Polaris Industries as a Value Stream Manager for the Slingshot division. Rocky then returned to Pure Fishing as the Vice President of Integrated Business Planning before joining Hunters Specialties in 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, Rocky has been working for Rather Outdoors where they served as the Chief Innovation Officer, EVP of Product Development & Manufacturing, and currently holds the position of President - North America.

Rocky Kalsow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University in the period between 1998 and 2002.
