Alex Brown

Alex Brown currently serves as an Associate at Ratio Advisors, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Command Education, where Alex was Head of Mentoring Operations, Director of Mentoring, and Senior Mentor from April 2021 to July 2024. Previous work includes serving as a Corporate Paralegal at Ropes & Gray LLP from June 2019 to April 2021, and various internships at NBC News and CNN. Alex started with CNN in early 2017 as a Show Intern for CNN Tonight with Don Lemon and later gained investigative experience at NBC's affiliate station in Los Angeles. Additionally, Alex was a Residential Teaching Fellow at The Hotchkiss School and an Equity Research Intern at Cirque Fund Management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in History modified with Government and an Ethics Minor from Dartmouth College, attended UCL in 2017, and graduated from The Hotchkiss School in 2015.
