Lindsey Mead is the Managing Partner at Ratio Advisors, where Lindsey works with private equity firms, hedge funds, and asset managers to place top talent in various roles. Prior to this, Lindsey worked as a Recruiter at Amity Search Partners LLC, a Principal at Providence Equity Partners, and Director of North American Recruiting at The Boston Consulting Group. Lindsey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in English from Princeton University.
