Lora Gernon

Lora Gernon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at RATIO.CITY, an Urban Analytics platform for real estate professionals. In 2020, they also held the position of Finance and Governance Lead at Proptech Collective.

Prior to these roles, Lora was the President & CEO of Profit Business Consulting Inc, where they offered specialized consulting services focused on business transformation and advisory. Notably, they worked as the Senior Director, Partner Sales and Marketing at Microsoft from 2003 to 2009, and previously held positions such as Director, Enterprise Marketing and Manager, CRM Systems Group at the same company. Their contributions in these roles included implementing strategies that significantly increased ROI, revenue, and efficiency.

Before joining Microsoft, Lora held the role of Enterprise Sales Manager at Quantum Information Resources, where they achieved remarkable sales targets and led the redesign of the company's sales manager compensation plan.

Throughout their career, Lora Gernon has demonstrated their expertise in operations, finance, marketing, and sales, consistently driving growth and success in the organizations they have worked for.

Lora Gernon pursued their undergraduate education from 1984 to 1989 at the University of Waterloo, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Physics.
