Ashish Srimal

Ashish Srimal has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Ashish is currently the Founder & CEO of Ratio, a company focused on helping recurring revenue businesses accelerate sales and leverage capital for growth. Prior to this, they worked as an Investor and Advisor for various companies starting in 2013.

Ashish Srimal also served as an Executive Board Member at Experience.com from 2020 to 2021 and as a General Manager at Medallia from 2018 to 2019. In addition, they founded and served as CEO of SmarterMe, an AI-enabled mobile assistant for salespeople, from 2014 to 2018.

Before that, Ashish Srimal had a significant tenure at SAP, where they held various positions including GM of Customer Experience Solutions/CRM, GVP - Head of Global Sales & Go-to-Market - CRM (CRO/COO), and Vice President from 2009 to 2014.

Ashish also worked at Cast Iron Systems as the Senior Director of Channel Marketing & Sales from 2007 to 2009. Cast Iron Systems was a leading cloud middleware company that was later acquired by IBM. Ashish Srimal gained valuable experience in corporate strategy and development as the Director of Corporate Strategy & Corporate Development at SAP from 2005 to 2007.

At the start of their career in 2004, Ashish Srimal worked in corporate strategy at Hewlett-Packard.

Ashish Srimal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree from Lawrence University, majoring in Economics and double minoring in Math and Computer Science.
