Satish Jajodia

Satish Jajodia has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several positions in various companies. Satish is currently working as the CFO and Chief Risk Officer for Ratio. Prior to this, they served as a Fractional/Consulting CFO at myStartUpCFO, where they successfully closed three M&A transactions, raised over $100MM in funding, and led a financial turnaround for an Enterprise SaaS company. Satish has also worked as the Managing Partner at SJ Venture Capital and served as an Independent Board Director at ApnaComplex. Additionally, they have experience as an Analytics and Finance Consultant at 360training.com and held leadership positions at EducationDynamics, Citi, American Express, Capital One, and JPMorgan Chase, where they oversaw various aspects of strategy, analytics, finance, and risk management. Throughout their career, Satish has demonstrated the ability to drive positive financial outcomes and provide valuable advisory services.

Satish Jajodia completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Osmania University from 1984 to 1988. Satish then pursued a Master's degree (MS) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland from 1988 to 1990. Finally, Satish Jajodia obtained an MBA degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1990 to 1992.
