Steven Cramer is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Quantitative Cybersecurity Analyst and SOAR Engineer at Rational Cyber LLC since January 2022. Previously, Steven held the position of Information System Security Manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from June 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading the transition to quantitative risk management for cybersecurity. Earlier roles included Information System Security Officer and Integration Team Lead at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where Steven focused on adaptive cyber defense and training new analysts. Steven began their career with a Cyber Systems Engineer role at Carnegie Mellon University and an internship as a Cyber Defender at Sandia National Laboratories. Steven holds a Master of Science in Information Security Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University.
