JACK DOTY

Jack Doty has had an extensive career in the business world, beginning in 1998 when they became Managing Member of Metro Pacific Business Development Services, LLC. In 2000, they founded J. E. Doty & Associates and served as Principal. In 2008, they became President & Chief Executive Officer of Watlington Foods, LLC, where they re-built the specialty chocolate brand "Alexandra's" into a national conventional grocery and drug and export brand "Halo Fine Confections" and developed "Radiance California Snacks" as a California agricultural export brand in partnership with the State of California and California Center. In 2016, they joined CFOs2GO as a Partner. In 2018, they became Partner, Finance & Infrastructure Co-Lead at Newport LLC. In 2020, they became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of InnoCom Bio Equities, Inc. In 2021, they became Chief Financial Officer & Member of Board of Directors at Outbreaker Solutions and Trove Therapeutics Inc. In 2022, they became Chief Strategic Officer and Member of Board of Directors at Rational Vaccines and Tradewind BioScience.

Jack Doty obtained a Bachelor Equivalent in Critical Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley. JACK also has several certifications, including an IMA Leadership Academy Pewter Level from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants obtained in June 2018, an ExecRank Certificate of Continued Board Education obtained in July 2016, The Boardroom Best Practices Advisory Council #2 (Aug 4, 2016), The Executive Management Advisory Council #2 (Jul 28, 2016), and The Startup Advisory Council (Aug 25, 2016).
