Antonio Stea has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Antonio started their career in 1998 as a Chef de partie at Ristorante Alfredo's in the EPCOT Center at Walt Disney World, where they gained exposure to an international environment and managed a busy kitchen. Antonio later worked as a Chef de partie at several prestigious establishments, including Sheraton Porto Cervo, Sheraton Belgravia, Sheraton Park Tower, and The Landmark London. In 2004, they joined Ristorante Del Cambio as a Chef de partie before moving on to Ristorante Gustò as the Head Chef in 2005. Antonio then transitioned into the corporate sector, joining RATIONAL AG in 2007. Over the years, they held various positions at RATIONAL AG, including Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, National Corporate Chef, and most recently, Area Corporate Chef. Antonio'sresponsibilities have included managing teams, providing sales and application training, coaching and management, and contributing to significant turnover growth. In 2022, Antonio became the Head of Key Accounts at RATIONAL AG.
Antonio Stea attended the University of West London from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an HCIMA advanced diploma in Hospitality. Before that, from 1990 to 1995, they attended Istituto Professionale per i servizi alberghieri "G. Colombatto" and earned a Diploma Istituto Professionale in Addetto ai servizi Alberghieri. In 2000, Antonio also obtained a certification in English Language First Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
