Ashley Bach has extensive experience in customer care and service management, currently serving as a Customer Care Manager and previously holding the position of Dispatching Specialist at RATIONAL AG since December 2017. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Customer Service Representative at benefitexpress for a brief period in late 2017. Additionally, an internship at Royal Melbourne Country Club in 2016 provided valuable industry experience. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Roosevelt University, earned from 2013 to 2017.
