Heinz Salva

Heinz Salva has extensive experience in customer journey management and product management, currently holding the position of Customer Journey Manager at RATIONAL AG since 2011. Previous roles at RATIONAL AG include Customer Experience Specialist, Product Manager, Business Application Consultant, and Internal Sales & Service Coordinator. Prior to this, Heinz Salva contributed to student engagement as a Bilingual Student Outreach Facilitator at the University of Ottawa from 2007 to 2011 and served as the Youth & Student Engagement Coordinator at Parks Canada in 2010. Heinz Salva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Hochschule Fulda.
