Marco Frossard

Marco Frossard is an experienced professional in the culinary and business development sectors, currently serving as the Business Development Manager at RATIONAL AG since February 2014, focusing on the interior of São Paulo and the Centro Oeste region. Previous roles include Sales Regional Manager and Corporate Chef, where responsibilities encompassed presentations, training, and kitchen implementations throughout Brazil. Marco also operated as an independent consultant for restaurants and industrial kitchens from January 2010 to March 2017, owned Refeições Mise en Place from January 2009 to January 2014, and held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Taverna Do Chef Nico in 2012.
