Mohit Malhotra

Mohit Malhotra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry. Currently serving as Segment Director Hotels and Segment Director Catering at RATIONAL AG since January 2019, Mohit provides strategic support to hotel customers and develops partnerships within the catering sector on a global scale. Prior to this role, Mohit worked with Compass Group in various capacities, including Lead Design Consultant APAC and Regional Operations Manager APAC, where significant contributions were made to client food programs and health and safety initiatives across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure as General Manager for Centerplate UK, resulting in substantial revenue growth and industry recognition. Mohit’s educational background includes an International Diploma in Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management and a Higher Secondary Certificate from St. Xavier's College. Additionally, Mohit enjoyed an 18-month sabbatical, traveling extensively through the Americas on a motorcycle, which enriched personal and cultural experiences.
