Patricia Hagl has extensive experience in strategic quality management, having worked at RATIONAL AG since April 2000 in various roles, including Strategisches Qualitätsmanagement and Assistenz strategisches Qualitäts und Umweltmanagement. Prior to RATIONAL AG, Patricia Hagl served as a Verkaufsberater at Sixt from December 1997 to March 2000, and as a Hotelkauffrau at Crowne Plaza/Holiday Inn from September 1993 to November 1997. Patricia Hagl completed training as a Hotelkauffrau at Städt. Berufsschule für kaufmännische Industrie- und Informatikberufe in Munich.
