Pia Arndt

Pia Arndt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pia started their career as a Tax Advisor Assistant at Häckl und Partner GmbH in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Pia then moved on to DELO Industrie Klebstoffe, where they served as an HR Assistant focused on payroll and accounting from 2006 to 2008. Pia then joined Vion Food Group as a Finance Accountant from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Pia began their long tenure at RATIONAL AG, where they held multiple positions. Pia started as an HR Assistant and progressed to become an International Human Resources Manager from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an International HR Business Partner, supporting various HR functions. Pia then took on the role of People Partner Sales from 2020 to 2022, providing HR support specifically to the sales department. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of the People Partner Team for Sales and Supporting Processes at RATIONAL AG, starting in March 2022.

During their time at RATIONAL AG, Pia also took on the responsibility of Project Manager from 2019 to 2023, leading a global system implementation project for an expense reimbursement tool. This project involved coordination with experts from various departments and implementation in multiple countries.
