Fiona Novak is the General Manager of Business Transformation at Rationale Skincare, where they focus on brand innovation, operational management, and talent development. Their extensive experience includes roles as the Country Manager for Sephora Asia LVMH and Nestle Nespresso Australia, as well as serving as the Global Director of Brand Development and Strategy for The Lion Group, where they contributed to a design collaboration nominated for the Red Dot Design Jury Selection Award. Fiona also held positions as a Corporate Strategy Consultant in Asia Pacific and UAE, and previously owned and managed Breathless Pty Ltd. Fiona holds a B.A. in Sociology and International Politics from Flinders University.
