Shruti Bhatia

Shruti Bhatia has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. Shruti most recently served as the Head HR at Ratna Sagar P Ltd since October 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Knorr-Bremse Rail Vehicle Systems from March 2007 to October 2017. Shruti also had experience as a Senior Human Resources Officer at ANAND Group India from August 2006 to March 2007 and as a Human Resources Officer at Vardhman Textiles from December 2003 to September 2005.

Shruti Bhatia pursued their education chronologically, starting with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Guru Nanak Dev University from 1998 to 2001. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Garden City University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
