Aaditya B. is currently working as the Assistant Manager Human Resources at RATNAAFIN CAPITAL since August 2023. Prior to this, Aaditya held the position of Team Lead and HR Professional at Conviction Hr Pvt Ltd from July 2021 to August 2023. Aaditya also served as an HR Professional and BDM at Digital Science Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from October 2019 to February 2021. Aaditya completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from KSV University in 2017, after attending Zydus School for Excellence from 2002 to 2012.
