Brett Rosen

Brett Rosen is an Intellectual Property Attorney and Shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where Brett has been employed since December 2023, after a nearly two-decade career at RatnerPrestia. With extensive experience in various technical fields, including optical devices, communications systems, electronics, and biomechanical devices, Brett actively engages in patent infringement, patent reform, IP litigation, and patent procurement through speaking engagements and authored articles. Prior to their legal career, Brett worked as a Senior Engineer at Motorola from 1999 to 2004, where Brett specialized in designing broadband transmission network equipment. Brett holds a J.D. from Temple University, an MBA from Villanova School of Business, and a BS in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
