Hazem Moemen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity Manager at RATP Dev Mobility Cairo since June 2024, having previously held the position of IT Manager at the same company from July 2022 to December 2023. Prior to this, Moemen worked at AstraZeneca for over 14 years in various roles, including Global IT Portfolio Lead for Data Enablement and Regional IT Lead for International. Moemen's career began at Pfizer as an IT Officer for the Middle East, followed by a decade-long tenure at Bristol Myers Squibb as Technical Support Manager, where responsibilities expanded to the Middle East region. Moemen holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Ain Shams University.
