John Roslansky

John Roslansky is a retired General Counsel and Labor Relations Director at RATP Dev North America, where they managed litigation, drafted contracts, and advised on human resource issues. Since 2011, John has served as a certified mediator in Massachusetts, volunteering in district courts to address contract and landlord/tenant claims. They have extensive experience in labor and employment law, having defended wrongful discharge claims and managed compliance with various federal and state regulations throughout their career. John holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, among other educational credentials.
