Rickey Mack

Rickey Mack currently serves as General Manager at RATP Dev USA since February 2017, overseeing operations and management functions. In addition, Rickey Mack has been the Customer Service Manager at Votran Transit since June 2013, where responsibilities include enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction. Previously held the position of Operations Manager at Votran from January 2016 to February 2017. Rickey Mack's career began in the US Navy, where service lasted from November 1981 to March 2005, attaining the rank of BMCS.
