Gaëtan NICOLAS

Gaëtan Nicolas is the Group Head of Tax at RATP Dev, where they have been working since 2022. Previously, they held various positions in tax law, including Director of Tax EMEA at Dresser-Rand and Deputy Tax Director at Veolia Water Technologies. Gaëtan began their legal career as an Avocat at Cabinet Maître Receveur and worked at several prestigious firms, including PwC Société d'Avocats and Salans. They hold a DEA in International Relations and a Master's degree in International Legal and Tax Management from HEC School of Management, among other qualifications. Gaëtan was recognized with a Special Mention at the 2015 Trophées du Droit for their leadership in the EMEA tax department.
