Mebs Elahi

Mebs Elahi serves as the IT, Digital and Cyber Security Director at RATP Dev since June 2019, where responsibility encompasses IT and critical Rail OT services across the Middle East region, including strategy mobilization for projects in Egypt, KSA, and Qatar. Prior to RATP Dev, Mebs held significant positions at Michelin, including Regional Head of IT for the Middle East, Africa, and India, overseeing all IT/OT and Cyber Security services, as well as management roles focused on infrastructure across these regions. Earlier experience at Sony Pictures Entertainment involved regional responsibility for infrastructure delivery and project management in Europe. Mebs holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from The University of Salford.
