Nadia Hamdoun has a diverse background in project management and customer experience across multiple sectors. From October 2015 to September 2017, Nadia worked at Siemens Healthcare as Responsable Projets France, and prior to that held the position of Chargée de projets d'Appel d'Offres at Siemens Healthineers from September 2014 to October 2015. Following this, Nadia served as Chef de projets Opérations Relation Client France et Europe at OUI.sncf from September 2017 to December 2020. Most recently, Nadia held dual roles as Head of Customer Experience & Innovation and Responsable Expérience Client for Tootbus Global at RATP Dev in April and May 2025. Nadia holds a Licence from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 from SKEMA Business School.
