Mariette Halouze

Mariette Halouze is a seasoned professional in network design and customer experience, currently serving as Head of Network Design at RATPgroup since July 2024. Prior to this, Mariette held roles as Network Design and Customer Experience Analyst at Keolis Downer, where responsibilities included analytical network redesign, ridership forecasting, and enhancing customer experience. Previous experience includes positions at Groupe Keolis managing marketing aspects of bus networks in the Paris region and contributing to international bids for transportation projects. Mariette’s earlier roles involved analysis and project involvement for the Hyderabad metro and innovation planning in China. Mariette holds a Master’s degree in urban planning from Ecole d'urbanisme de Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in law from Paris-Sud University, complemented by education in Chinese culture and language.
