Josh Roggasch

Josh Roggasch has over a decade of experience in the construction and project management industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Field Manager at Rausch Coleman Homes since February 2015, Josh utilizes a diverse skill set developed through previous roles, including Installer at DON SPLAWN CONSTRUCTION INC. from May 2011 to February 2015 and as a Self Employed contractor from July 2008 to May 2011. Josh also gained entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of Legacy Trim of Arkansas from May 2005 to July 2008. Educationally, Josh attended Ouachita Baptist University from 2001 to 2003, laying a foundational knowledge for a successful career in the industry.
