Kenneth R. Wake, JD, MBA, currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Partner at Rausch Sturm LLP, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance, audit, and risk programs across multiple jurisdictions. Prior experience includes roles as Consultant for Business Performance and Value Optimization, Chief Operations Officer at Blatt Hasenmiller Leibsker & Moore, LLC, and Executive Director at the same firm, where oversight included large teams and various operational functions. Kenneth has also served as Chief Risk Officer/General Counsel, managing internal legal teams and external counsel, and has experience as an Operations and Information Technology Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Eastern Illinois University, along with an MBA and a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
