Armin Rauschenberger brings his experience, knowledge and passion for conflict resolution to the work of Rauschenberger Consulting. Armin Rauschenberger is a lawyer (Karl – Franzens University Graz), has excellent business training (Global Executive MBA WU Vienna and University of Minnesota) and is a registered mediator. He has the skills required to manage conflict in a constructive and efficient manner and to help companies create a positive work environment. Nina Rauschenberger is an educator and supports Rauschenberger Consulting in carrying out training, consultations and mediations. Her expertise in the area of ​​personal and professional development complements Rauschenberger Consulting's services and helps to comprehensively meet the needs of customers.
