Arcadie Condrat has a wealth of experience in the field of DevOps and Infrastructure engineering. Arcadie began their career in 2008 as a Junior Network Engineer at Moldtelecom, where they provided 2nd level support for business critical network services. In 2010, they took on two roles, Environment and Data Administrator at Orange Moldova, and Junior System Engineer at REMSYS Ltd. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Tacit Knowledge as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, driving the adoption of DevOps practices across the organization. During this time, they designed and developed cloud infrastructure to power SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions for a list of well known US and UK retailers, supported and mentored a team of 12 DevOps and Support engineers, led the effort of migrating to a Docker/Kubernetes based deployment model, worked closely with Engineering teams to modernize legacy applications and enable them for scalable, cloud-native deployments, and led the adoption of a large number of tools and frameworks including Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Prometheus. Currently, Arcadie Condrat is a Senior DevOps Engineer at Ravelin Technology.

Arcadie Condrat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova between 2006 and 2009. Arcadie then attended DNT Association between 2009 and 2010 for Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching (R&S). In 2014, they obtained three additional certifications: Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science from edX in April, Cryptography I from Coursera in March, and Introduction to Computer Science and Programming from edX in February.
