Catherine Jones

Catherine Jones began their professional career in 2011 as a Customer Service Agent at Groupon EMEA. Catherine quickly rose to the role of Risk Analyst and then Senior Risk Analyst, where they worked on a collaborative effort to rollout a new fraud centre in Chennai and helped manage the locally based and overseas team. In 2015, they were promoted to Regional Fraud Manager, where they successfully kept chargeback rates below 0. In 2016, they moved to Worldpay as a Product Manager for Fraud Management. At Worldpay, they were able to take their merchant perspective and build new, or improving on existing, fraud-based products. Catherine also helped to define a brand new fraud vision for their global eCommerce business. In 2019, Catherine joined Ravelin Technology as a Technical Product Manager and then Senior Product Manager. In their roles, they extended the company's product portfolio by working with mobile developers to build 3D Secure SDKs. Catherine also spent time with key stakeholders to perform industry research to support changes in their go-to-market strategy for authentication. In 2022, Catherine began their role as ProductTank Norwich Organiser at Mind the Product.

Catherine Jones attended Goldsmiths, University of London from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory and Politics.
