Nick Lally

Nick Lally has a long and varied career in finance, beginning in 2000 as a Graduate at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. In 2002, they moved to Village Roadshow as a Financial Reporting Manager, before taking a similar role at NBC Universal in 2005. Later that year, they became a Finance Manager at Openreach, where they were one of the first internal hires in the finance team. In 2007, they joined Canonical Ltd. as Financial Controller and was promoted to Finance Director, growing the team to 11 permanent and 3 contractual staff. In 2012, they became Finance Director at Hailo, the first London based smartphone application for booking taxis. Finally, in 2014, they became both Founder and CFO of Ravelin Technology, an award-winning fraud detection and prevention platform for online merchants and the payments industry.

Nick Lally's education history includes obtaining a CA from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 2003, a Bachelor of Commerce from La Trobe University in 1999, and a VCE from Xavier College Kew in 1996.
