Laura Joyce

Laura Joyce, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Raven Connected since June 2020. With extensive experience in project and program management consulting, Laura has provided strategic services to clients including National Defence, Colliers Inc., Bell Canada, and Canada Post Corporation through Seagull Services Inc., where Laura has been the Owner/Principal Consultant since June 2014. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services and IT Project Management Consultant at MHPM Project Managers Inc. Laura's earlier career at Bell Canada and its subsidiaries involved key positions such as Associate Director of Sympatico Project Implementation and Director of Helpdesk Performance. Educational credentials include a BComm in Marketing/Management/Economics from Dalhousie University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from CDI/George Washington University.
