Amanda Fletcher is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in marketing and public relations. Currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at Raven Housing Trust since December 2022, Amanda oversees customer communications. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Freelance Communications Support specialist from November 2019 to December 2022, aiding small local businesses with various marketing initiatives including social media, digital communications, and event planning. Amanda's previous experience includes serving as a Senior Media Officer at Friends of the Elderly, and holding various roles at Fire PR and Ceres PR, demonstrating a diverse skill set in media relations and campaign management. Amanda holds a BA (Hons) in Public Relations from the University of Lincoln, attained in 2008.

Raven Housing Trust is a social business based in Redhill, Surrey which owns or manages more than 7,000 homes. We are committed to investing in homes and neighbourhoods to develop local communities where people want to live. The majority of Raven's homes are Reigate and Banstead but we are increasingly working in surrounding areas. We now have homes in Mole Valley, Epsom and Ewell, Mid Sussex, Crawley, Woking, Sutton and Tandridge. The majority of our customers rent their homes from us however we also have customers who either own the lease to their homes or own their homes on a part-rent/part-buy basis with Raven. We provide several sheltered housing schemes and also manage several youth centres in the area.
