Gayle Hunt

Gayle Hunt has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gayle has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Gayle's most recent experience includes being a Trustee for Human Resources at Abbeyfield Reigate Society Ltd since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Raven Housing Trust as Head of People and Culture, Senior HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. Before that, Gayle held positions at The Grange At Bookham for People with Disabilities in Bookham as a Human Resources Project Lead and HR Manager. Additionally, they have worked at TC Facilities Management as an HR Business Partner, at ADP as an HR Systems Consultant, and at Herbert Smith Freehills as a Human Resources Policy & Projects Officer. Moreover, they gained experience as a Human Resources Advisor at URS Corporation, An AECOM Company, and held multiple roles at Atkins, including HR Systems Analyst, HR Admin Team Leader, and Human Resources Administrator.

Gayle Hunt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Newcastle University, which was completed from 2002 to 2005. Gayle also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from CIPD Qualifications, earned between 2007 and 2010. Furthermore, Gayle is currently pursuing a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Transformational Leadership from Future Talent Learning, expected to be completed between 2021 and 2023. Gayle also obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the Association for Project Management in 2011.
