Dawn Frey

Dawn Frey has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Business Analyst II at Raven Industries since March 2011, where previous roles included IT Software Development Supervisor - Team Lead and Software Applications Engineer. Prior to that, Dawn worked as a Consultant Programmer/Project Leader at High Plains Technology for a brief period and held the position of Project Manager at John Morrell & Co. from February 2000 to November 2010. Earlier career roles include Consultant Programmer/Project Leader at Linoma Software, Senior Programmer for the City of Sioux Falls, Computer Specialist at Gourley Distributing, and Computer Programmer at Minnehaha County. Dawn holds an Associates degree and a Certificate in Programming from Southeast Technical Institute, completed between 1985 and 1987.
