Jacob Hofer

Jacob Hofer has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as an IT Desktop Administrator and previously as an IT Service Technician 2 at Raven Industries since November 2021. Prior roles include Service Desk Technician at the U.S. Geological Survey from June 2019 to November 2021, and Personal Systems Support Technician at Sanford Health from November 2017 to June 2019. Jacob began the career at Vast Broadband as a NOC Technician and interned as a Personal Systems Support Engineer at Sanford Health, gaining foundational skills in desktop and server setup, troubleshooting, and hardware/software installation while serving in various capacities as a Student Technician and Student Aid at Southeast Technical Institute. Jacob Hofer received an education from Southeast Tech from 2014 to 2017 and attended Centerville High School.
