The Project Management & Estimation team at Raven Mechanical, LP is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of mechanical construction projects, from initial bid estimation to project completion. This team ensures accurate cost estimation, resource allocation, and timeline management, leveraging their expertise to deliver on design/build projects, especially in the medical construction sector. Team members collaborate closely with the CAD department, FAB shop, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
